How to Add an Entry to the Calendar

Tap the pencil icon next to the entry, then open the menu (three dots) and select Add to Calendar. If this is your first time using this feature, grant calendar access when prompted. The entry will automatically be added to your calendar. 📅  Important: The entry is initially added to the current date and time with a default duration of 1 hour. Editing the Calendar Entry To adjust the details: 1. Wait for the calendar to open. 2. Tap the newly created event. 3. Select Edit to open the event settings page. From there, you can: Set reminders, adjust the duration, change the date and time, add additional details as needed.

How to Set AI Service Priority

1. Tap the gear icon in the AI Assistant window or go to Profile → AI Assistant Settings.   2. View the current priority list (0 = highest priority). 3. To change the priority, long-press a service and drag it up or down. What is this for?   This screen allows you to manage AI services and prioritize them. The assistant will first use the service with the highest priority (0) when generating results. If the service with the highest priority is unavailable, the assistant will automatically use the next one in the list, ensuring smooth operation without interruptions.

How to Select/Change an AI Model in AI Assistant Settings

1. Tap the gear icon in the AI Assistant window or go to Profile and select AI Assistant Settings.  

2. In the settings, tap the arrow next to the AI service.

3. Select your desired model from the list and check the box.

4. Return to the main settings, and your selected model will be applied.


On this screen, you can see the remaining percentage of your AI assistant usage, which depends on your subscription plan.

You can also select AI services and set their priorities according to your preferences. In this case, as shown in the image, OpenAI has the highest priority, and its usage model has been changed.

How to Generate Text in the Description using AI Assistant

1. Tap the AI assistant icon next to the Description field. 2. Enter your query and tap Ask.   3. Select the suggested text. 4. Tap Accept, and the generated text will appear in the Description field.

✹ You can also regenerate the list if needed.

How to add users to a list and Share Access (Method 1 and Method 2)

Path: Select the Desired List → Menu → Access There are two ways to add users to a list and share access: 1. Search by Username: Find the user by their username and add them to the list. 2. Shareable Link: Copy the link and send it to your friend. When they open the link, the shared list will appear, granting them access. Links differ based on the access level: ‱ WRITE: Full access to edit and make changes. ‱ READ: View-only; the user cannot make any changes. To change a user’s access level, simply click on their name once, and the access rights will be updated.

How to Save and Transfer Your Notes? (Available for offline users)

To save all your current notes, go to Profile and tap Export Data. You can rename the file, set a password for protection (optional), and choose where to save it. The data will be saved as a CSV file. This feature is also useful for transferring data, for example, from Leafrow to Leafrow Private. To import a file, use the similar Import Data option available in the Profile section.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password (Available for online users)

When you register, you receive a UID, which is displayed in your Profile. It’s recommended to store it securely outside the app, as it’s essential for recovering access if you forget your password. Without it, password recovery is not possible. On the login screen, enter your username, and you’ll see a “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom. Tap on it.


You will need to provide:

- Your username

- Your UID

- A new password


Once entered, your password will be reset.

How to Change Your Password (Available for online users)


Go to Profile and tap on Change Password.   To update your password, enter your current password and the new password. Then tap Apply, and your password will be updated.

How to Change the Theme and Fonts?

To change themes or fonts, go to Profile and select Appearances.

 In the settings screen, you can customize the look to your liking: ‱ Choose between dark and light themes.  ‱ Adjust fonts for the entire app, or separately for entry titles and descriptions.

How do I find the record by text?

To find an entry by text, open the menu as shown in the image, tap "Search," and type the text you want to find. A dropdown list will appear—select the desired entry, and you'll be taken to it automatically.

How to Share a List as Text?

To export a list as text, open the menu as shown in the image, then tap "Export." Choose where you want to save or share the file. This feature converts the current list into plain text.

How to copy/paste note

To copy an entry, click on it, then open the menu by tapping the three dots in the top-right corner. Next, select “Copy.” Navigate to the location where you want to paste the entry, open the menu again, and you will see the “Paste” option. Tap on it, and the copied entry will appear. All child elements will also be copied along with the entry.

How to delete a note?

To delete an entry, simply swipe left on it. Look at the picture. A confirmation alert will appear next. To delete the entry, press "OK." However, please note that once deleted, the entry cannot be restored.

How to move a note to another location?

To move notes to a different location, press and hold an item. A frame will appear at the bottom, where you can drag the desired item. You can drag multiple items into this frame. Next, locate the target list where you want to move the items. From the frame, drag the selected items into the desired list. The diagram provides an example where Task 4 is moved inside Task 1.

How to reorder a note?

To change the order in the list or rearrange items, press and hold a list item, then drag it to the desired position. An example is shown in the diagram. Before: Task 1, Task 2, Task 3, Task 4 After: Task 1, Task 4, Task 2, Task 3


We moved Task 4 to the position of Task 2.
