How to add users to a list and Share Access (Method 1 and Method 2)
Path: Select the Desired List → Menu → Access There are two ways to add users to a list and share access: 1. Search by Username: Find the user by their username and add them to the list. 2. Shareable Link: Copy the link and send it to your friend. When they open the link, the shared list will appear, granting them access. Links differ based on the access level: • WRITE: Full access to edit and make changes. • READ: View-only; the user cannot make any changes. To change a user’s access level, simply click on their name once, and the access rights will be updated.
